They don't take reservations
Make reservations first then get there by 5:30 they start serving at 6, they getting crowded fast
Do you mean parking? First come, first choice so come as early as possible!
They don't have a dance floor but there's usually some room to be found to dance. They have karaoke in Thursday and depending on the Friday and sat, they may have a band or music or karaoke playing.
You can take your dog on back deck and still be fully served food and drinks

I'm pretty sure they have heating and air inside. When we ate there I don't know if I'd say they catered to smokers vs non... But we were outside and I feel they didn't differentiate the areas (not vs smoking). My family doesn't smoke and I don't mind people smoking but I don't want it in my face and would have preferred it in another area of a restaurant... too try and cater to both preferences of people (smokers and non). But there were people smoking all around us but again we were eating outside too.
