Hello, I would like to know why is it we call these people but ,we never get a return call.I have been trying to get an appointment from last m Th. and nothing yet Please 7

The winter months are here and they might be behind on phone calls..and can't call go on Tuesday to get an appointment not over the phone.

I got the number from 211 service and they made an appt Right away. I know they renew everything in Nov. So maybe there not ready yet. But that's lame they should still talk. Maybe i got lucky this was last year. I totally agree with the other guy go get in there face. Be nice to they have the power to make life so much easier as far as bills go. Duane
