Here in Seattle, we sorely miss our dearly departed hat store, Byrnie Utz, where I bought my first Wigens cap. So it was a pleasure to find the one I was looking for at DelMonico. It arrived carefully packed, and with hand-written directions to our house on the package. And the hat (a linen longshoreman cap) is beautiful. I hope to visit your store in person one day.

I believe it is Tilley Company that provides the lifetime guarantee. Obviously if something is immediately wrong with your Tilley, I am the store would deal with the problem. But tbe long term problems would be guaranteed by Tiley. P.S. Delmonico Hatter is a great store and very trustworthy.
