Not sure of what your asking. They usualy close on major holidays and catholic holidays. Also with inclement weather. I can only speak of the New Haven office but ALWAYS verify your appointment the day before.ALWAYS ask for an appointment card and take it with you to the appointment and keep it aterwards and write on the back what time you checked in,who checked you in and the time you went on and out of your appointment. Sometimes the record keeoing isnt great and if you get a letter you missed and appointment at least you have something to try to fix it. Also if you travel far to your appointment you might also want to verify yout appointment before you leave. They dont automatically do reminder calls the day before you have to ask for it when you make the appointment but don"t rely on it they dont always make the calls. Use something like Google Calendar where you can set alerts and it"s good all across any devixes you are logged into with your Goggle account.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday open from 9am-8pm. Tuesday from 9am-5pm, Friday from 9am-3pm and Saturday from 9am-2pm. Holidays schedule varies times and office closures.
