When u call and finally get through they lie to u about your benefits to get u off the phone, when u use to have your own assigned worker the service was way better

I was approved for MSP in Feb 2022. It's Sept now and DSS still has not actually enacted it by giving me the funds. I have called 8 times about it, each time being told that it would be corrected. Each call is at least a one hour wait. Then you have to get a call back from someone in the department that deals with MSP--so you have to wait for that on top of it. I'm on hold right now on this same issue--it has been 40 mins so far. I just cannot understand why this is so hard. I just cannot understand why it's ok to put a disabled person through this.

These people who work in this office treat him extremely badly, they are spoiled and rude, I went to renew my Snap program and after I filled out my application I had a question, I went to ask but I don't speak English and I wrote to them in the translator of my phone because They don't even bother to call an interpreter and two ladies who are in front answered me very pedantic as if that wasn't their job, to serve the client you have to be friendly not pedantic as if you were going to ask them... the first lady was talking to another and when I went to the window she got upset and spoke very loudly to me, I went to the other window and the lady called an interpreter and the telephone she gave me to speak and listen to the interpreter had no tone and the lady was angry because I didn't speak but I didn't even answer the phone, then a lady came out from behind who speaks Spanish and was able to answer my question... but really, those ladies are spoiled and shouldn't work serving the public Lico because they are bitter who just want to be for decoration.

It's extremely hard to get someone on the line. Try calling on Wednesday's. Thats they're designated paperwork day, they don't take appointments so they might be more easily reached

I would call and ask if they received it make sure they looked over it and if they did ask to speak to your worker and ask them where you are on the list to get help
If u have the papers done drop them off at the mailbox at the dds office
