We have been buying this local honey for quite some time now. My husband puts it in his coffee daily, which has helped curb his allergies. I also use it in cooking, as well as making elderberry syrup. It is a great quality and flavor at a reasonable price.

We have been buying this excellent honey since 2012 when my daughter wanted to have small jars of local honey for her wedding favors. This scrumptious honey, which is unheated, has also served us as a mitigator for seasonal allergies in the spring and fall. It is especially tasty when it crystallizes with peanut butter and cream cheese on bagels as an occasional treat.

I've bought 5lbs of this honey once a month for years..it was great, now my local supplier doesn't stock it, so I've picked up a couple bottles from Roberts food center and the honey has been fermented and sour tasting. So I've stayed away ,a year later out of not having my new supplier, I pick a bottle of plowshares up for a fourth chance and nothing changed and I'm out 10 bucks and have soured honey. It's ashame.
