It must be the same window person we went there last night around 10:08 p.m. She was very rude I started to call the manager the next morning but I'm sure they are aware of it and don't care. She was slow and rude.

Jack in the Box on Arrow wood was upstanding. I went during the morning shift and was pleased with the service. The young ladies were pleasantly professional and patient. I was so thrilled àbout the experience l expressed their customer service and#30 was worth coming back. Go Jack in the Box Crew. You Rock

That's a shame I haven't had Jack in the box in years and I was looking forward to eating it. I won't tolerate bad service though.
