Sat at drive threw window for sevral minutes only to be there not taking orders die to system being down.. maybe put a sign out so people don't waste their time. The drive threw guy was nice atleast.. only reason they aren't getting a 1 star.. would got 3 if they would have let the customers know before they sit there.. like with a sign or something ..just saying

The drive-through worker was very rude, I asked if she had the flavor of coffee I wanted and she had the audacity to ask if I was ok. All I asked was if she had a flavor of coffee then she had got a attitude with me. After I asked she told me to pull up with out asking if I was finished with my order. I would not recommend coming at all.

I paid $4.54 for a supreme crossiant with only one half of the actual crossiant. They didn't give me a receipt or answer the phone when I called to notify them. You would think a place like this that's not a prominent as it's been in previous years would make sure they stay on top of things to avoid reviews like this. Great way to Start a day !

The girl at the drive thru at a 24 hour store during their shift change at 9:55p on 3/5/22... was the rudest person I've ever come across at a food establishment. An entire line of cars and she comes on and extremely rudely says "we're in the middle of a shift change and aren't taking anymore orders" when we asked her to repeat what she said because we were confused, she got even ruder. We continued to wait at the order window because we assumed that after the shift change they would take the order. She then came on again and said "we are in the middle of a shift change and aren't taking any more orders, you need to leave." When we tried to ask if they were taking orders after the shift change, she just ignored us. Based off other reviews this is a common problem here (my bad for not checking reviews first.) Hopefully you guys actually do something about this one day.

I agree. I went there one time only. Had a similar experience and will NEVER spend another cent there. I even contacted corporate and never got a response. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
They were very good, the dining room was closed but the drive-thru was very safe they had gloves and plexiglass screens to make sure everything was kept safe
Yeah we've stopped by and no one there. I don't think they are open 24 hrs anymore due to lack of staffing possibly.
Jack in the Box on Arrow wood was upstanding. I went during the morning shift and was pleased with the service. The young ladies were pleasantly professional and patient. I was so thrilled àbout the experience l expressed their customer service and#30 was worth coming back. Go Jack in the Box Crew. You Rock
