This may be phrased as a question, but it's really just a negative review based upon an unsatisfactory experience. Perhaps you should post a review as I don't believe this is the proper medium for you to get help with your problem.
I have had issues with warranty will not purchase a big ticket item from Lowe's again!
If you don't get satisfaction, contact consumer affairs and they can help you get your problem resolved. When they get involved, businesses get nurvious and respond quickly. Hope this helps.
You're totally valid in your review as this is the norm. My experience with a brand new floor 2 years ago, that perpetuated for nearly a year dealing with the corporate level was a nightmare. She would go between myself and the installer. Nothing ever came to fruition the way it was supposed too. Then, I ended up having to pay over a 1000 dollars again for labor. I've had trouble with my new doors and things too! Good luck!
