LITERALLY one of my FAVORITE hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s up there with the Four Seasons! The suite was beautiful and I’m picky so trust me you will love it ! Everything in the room was spotless and well taken care of. The hotel looks brand new and smells fresh! I was truly at home during my stay. I checked in with Ruthie she was so sweet and welcoming and I checked out with Gen and she was so polite and nice with me and other hotel guest! She asked me how my stay was and I could tell she genuinely cared! I love this hotel! This will be my hotel I stay at anytime I’m in Charlotte/Concord area!

This hotel was great! The room was spacious and very clean the kitchen had everything expected and a little more. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and went above and beyond and she never seemed annoyed after being called multiple times. Thank you for your business and excellent customer service. Will definitely return again. Very nice hotel!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast staff and front desk lady were very helpful and friendly. My son has special needs and requires a straw to drink. The hotel doesn’t have any. The staff went above and beyond to get him one! I would highly recommend this hotel! Great location for outlet mall.

I enjoy my stays at Homewood Suites. It is usually very clean and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a good, clean friendly atmosphere. The last times I stayed,there were noticeable stains on a few doors and door frames. I understand it though there is a lot of a certain staff is allotted certain time frames to clean_reminders to check behind themselves. Also, there should be more focused monitoring of breakfast guests who don't put on the supplied plastic gloves and keep masks on, as asked to do while gathering breakfast items. The areas are clean, staff friendly and service is great!
