I Purchased a Cadillac XTS in White Marsh, Maryland. I needed to have the vehicle inspected by a Cadillac dealer after hearing a noise from the passenger side. ALL of the Cadillac dealers were booked about 2-3 weeks out. But Fitzgerald Cadillac Annapolis had an opening on a Monday. My service advisor Mr. Leonard and the service mechanic(s) pinpointed the issues and took care of everything that needed service, including figuring out where the noise was coming from. I hope this sums it up. I live in La Plata, MD. Which is an hour away from the dealership. No matter if you're an hour or two away, Fitzgerald Cadillac-Volkswagen/Audi in Annapolis, MD is where you need to be to have your vehicle serviced and the work done right. The FIRST time.
