Took what was a rough time and made it a comforting, pleasant experience. Communication and service was excellent. Thank you for what you do. You took wonderful care of my dopey, loving Ragnar.

Addie Mei had difficulties breathing with severe coughing one morning. This is the third time that I have taken her to AAVEC, all experiences have been amazing. They never rush and take their time with your fur baby, compassionate, Thorough with answering all questions and doesn’t try to get you to do something just to make a dollar. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have made my little girl feel better every time after seeing her. She’s doing great for being over 14 years old!!

This is the second time we have needed AAVEC. Both experiences have been amazing. This time our dog was having seizures, we drove from Calvert County on a Sunday night. We called ahead, they were waiting for us, the veterinarian called us within 10 minutes with a plan of care. They called again at 7am and again at 2pm for updates. We could not pick up our dog right away due to snowstorm and they reassured us he was in good care. Every person I talk to on the phone or in person is kind and compassionate. I cannot recommend this place enough to friends, and I am glad they are available for our late night emergencies.

I’m forever grateful for the staff for saving my baby! You can tell all the staff members enjoy what they do. Even though I wasn’t able to go inside due to Covid they made me feel comfortable with sending my baby in alone and kept us updated via phone and explained everything thoroughly. Neenah is back to normal and full of energy we almost lost her but Anne Arundel Veterinary ER clinic said not on out watch! πŸΎπŸ’œ

Questions & Answers

Hi, what is cost and how fast can a pet be seen

Susan Hogan | Sep 8, 2021
Kyle Whittaker | Sep 8, 2021

Like Demi said, it depends on your pet and what is wrong. There is a service charge for using the emergency clinic, which is effectively what pays for having the staff there 24/7 to respond to any sick or injured pet. But after that, the cost will depend on what is wrong. Regarding speed, they are very quick to help critical patients the moment you show up at the door. This place is fantastic, highly recommend.
