I was never informed of about this type of information your best bet would be to call 411 and they would have all the info for you

Help!!! Number they give does not work the city workers did something to my water and I used it before realizing it is dark cloudy and does not clear after leaving it sit for 3 hours it was still grey and murky. I feel ill after drinking that coff.

A metal detector should help you. I understand they can be rented, but callingng the water department works MUCH better. They can locate the peanuts in a pile of dod poop! Great crews!
