Told me they couldn't repair my phone, then significantly over charged me for a "demo" phone knowing I was dependant on them for information about reasonable deals as I didn't have a working phone. Would not go there ever again. So disappointed when I trusted the service.

Tough to find place. Address is incorrect. The guy on the phone does not know what time the store opens, and will not give you proper instructions on how to get to the new location.
Sold me a phone that had a failed SIM 2 slot. I should have checked, before spending the money!!
Update after AirTec Response: Check your billing system for a sale of a Samsung A02s for a $150 at around 1pm on 10-Sept.

Moe really helped me out.
I lost my old cell phone, and knocked down the price on a new, open-box Galaxy Note for me. He told me he couldn't activate it, but that take it any T-Mobile store if you're already a customer, and they'll give me a new sim & transfer my number and they did!
