The young lady with streaks in her hair lied and said that they didn’t have the 2nd generation air pods and Gerardo was very professional he went right to the back and got them for me.

Fraud! Went to the store go get a pre-paid SIM card that I needed for 30 days. Gerardo J., without my approval, opened a new post-paid account while advising me that he is opening a pre-paid account. To conceal his fraudulent activity he completed my ATT profile with fake billing address, fake home phone number, fake email and fake social security number that was linked to my DL. He never gave me any documents and forged my signature on the agreement as I never signed any docs with him. Luckily I had some phone issues so discovered this by accident with ATT support rep. The account would end up in collections as I didn’t know that he opened a post-paid account in my name and the bills would be mailed to some random/fake address. Reported this activity to the store manager and filed a fraud case with ATT.

That particular store has probably the least helpful employee I've encountered. A fat guy with glasses. Plus, every time the guy has to do something for me, he needs to go in the back while I'm left wondering what he's doing. I wouldn't recommend that particular store for anything
