There are plenty of other Verizon stores in the area. Do not come to this one. Extremely poor customer service and the manager is incredibly rude. I’ve been in three times and spoken to the same three people and gotten three completely different answers. They make nothing easy and are extremely condescending and rude to customers. I specifically watched a customer service representative talk down to an elderly woman trying to trade in her iPhone. Disgusting.

I had a sudden issue with my Pixel sending messages to iPhones. Contacting Google only made things worse, and an employee at the Bridgeport Verizon store immediately dismissed me and sent me back to Google. I drove out of my way for this location instead and wasn't disappointed! Alex was very patient and actually helped resolve my issue!! Happy with my experience at this location today.
