I was sold a SIM card for a phone that does not work on the Verizon network, despite being ensured by the salesperson that it would. In the store, the card initially worked with the phone, but shortly later on it abruptly stopped working. When I went to another Verizon store to figure out the problem, it was revealed by the technical support staff there that the salesperson at the first location had registered my phone in the Verizon system as a different type than the actual phone -- and that I should not have been sold a SIM card in the first place. This is a deceptive sales practice and would warn against purchasing a SIM card from this location.

I asked to learn to reset my antenna to be independent and not search for a store to do it each time. The rep laughed “Independent, huh that’s why you ain’t got no ring on that finger”, and then told “Your took that the wrong way!” when I said marriage is irrelevant to reseting antennas. It’s was like asking for tech help an unsafe train full of only rude men and me
