Where do I start I was on the phone with AT&T for 3 days and I was advice to go in the store to get a SIM card and when I walk in Stephanie Fredrick greeted me and i told her what was going on and she said I can help you and she did exactly that ,I was so happy and relief cause my son been without a phone for 3 days and I was so mad to where I was really coming there to give back the phone cause it was very frustrating being on the phone with AT&T for 3 days where I couldn’t open my business cause I was trying everything to make sure my son had his phone cause it’s so much going on here in Chicago but since Stephanie got us right I decided to keep my service with AT&T and I will be back to get more products from her ,she definitely deserves a raise for that .I’m giving her 10,000 stars she’s the best and I will be recommending her to everyone thank you so much again Stephanie keep being great QUUEN

When I came in to get a the S22 Ultra the rep never informed me that the phone does not have a slot for an SD card even after I told her that I be installing one once I made it home. I never would have purchased the phone if she had made me aware. Now I can't find a 256g or 512g anywhere. So disappointed.
