No,u have to call AT&T, to see where u can take them.

You can return yourAT&T boxes to a UPS store and make sure you get a receipt

You probably can I would think, but you may want give them a call before you go just to make sure. The only reason I say to check because if the store doesn't have a process for the return of them, ATT might not ever see that you returned them and think you still have them when you dont.
