Walked up and note on door said will reopen at 2pm, this was at 12:40pm. Wish I knew when the employees went on breaks, this was the second time it has happened to me here. Pretty frustrating.

I had my rapid & PCR done today ~4pm. It’s now almost 10pm and I still haven’t gotten my rapid results. The guarantee is that we’ll get rapid results within minutes and if not that, at least an email within a couple of hours so where is the result?

How long was it before they got your rapid results back?

Hello, my son, an international student at UIC, must return to Italy for the Christmas holidays. The airline requests a 48-hour antigenic rapid covid test (UK transit) prior to arrival in Italy. Do you do this type of test? Thanks Graziana Dal Ben
