If I can rate the woman answering their phone negative stars I would, she should not be answering the phone! She has zero personality and is NOT doing her job of getting other people jobs!! She is extremely RUDE and hung up the phone with me when asked to be transferred when every other Robert Half office was extremely nice and transferred and put me in touch with whom I was asking which is HER job not to tell someone no, she is there as a secretary and to transfer phones and to direct calls not to tell me that I'm not getting hired. She should get fired.

I'm not particularly eager to leave negative reviews, but I feel like this experience left a bad taste in my mouth with Sourcing Specialist Shamara King. Shamara reached out for a role and submitted my profile on July 12th, 2022. I'm not sure why she thinks it's acceptable 59 days later to let me know that the company was not moving forward with my application. Unprofessional! Do better, Shamara & Robert Half!

The recruiter and retention specialist I worked with did not help me at all. When it came to the background check, They were unable to verify my employer from 2016. They requested my 2016 W-2 which I could not get a copy of. The IRS keeps W-2’s for up to 5 years and the business has been permanently closed. I sent in a tax transcript instead and they still would not assist me. So in essence what they are doing is holding something against me that is out of my control, and rotors not allow me to start the job nor did they offer to help find me any other positions. These people do not genuinely care to assist you. Well, at least the two people they’ve assigned me to work for didn’t.
