I called in to replace my new number to my old xfinity number the person taking my call said he has made a ticket and other agent will process my setup i just have to acknowledge when the other agent picked up he had no idea what was going on and she said she can't help me since the first agent didnt put in any notes on what was going on in my case

It’s better to visit the customer service center versus talking to someone over the phone. I always receive the help I need I have had service with Comcast for 2 years. The service is great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable

I would just disconnect it I wasn't happy at all at the services I received at this location they were very rude even the manager wasn't helpful at all. I will never go there again
