By far the best bang for your buck as far as local grooming! I really appreciated them taking time to call and ask how I would like one of our dogs trimmed (he's got weird coat lengths all over). They always smell great and are super soft. Their bandanas are always a nice touch.

Never available! First, I hate that I have to rely on walk-ins to get my dog’s nails clipped. On the rarest of rare occasions that I can get him in, the staff is amazing. Incredibly professional and super accommodating. That is the only reason you guys are getting stars. Secondly, I have been waiting for my dog’s grooming appointment for 3 (count em, THREE) months. It was supposed to happen this Wednesday, and it has been cancelled two days before. I know there’s not much you can do about COVID, but my dog cannot wait any longer and it’s getting very frustrating. I try my best to bathe him but he needs a good professional groom. Very disheartening that I seem to be the only dog owner in Annapolis who can’t get my dog an appointment.

Groomed our elderly cat Sophie as our typical groomer hasn't been available due to covid. Did a very nice job. Will consider using them again. Seemed to be very caring to our pet and she seemed to have been well cared for during the visit.

They did a great job grooming my golden, very professional and friendly. The cost isn't much more than a big box grooming and they do a much better job!
