Worst customer experience ever. Called about placing a large order and was told no one is able to staff the Lowe's pro desk on Mondays. Do not bother to shop here. Lady on the phone hung up on me. Take your business elsewhere.

Great floor plan in this location. Every aisle is clean and clear to shop as you please. Very helpful associates who help you above and beyond. Will definitely be shopping here more often as I go about my DIY projects or if I just want some new plants.

if I could give 0 stars I would. Manager was beyond Rude one of the employees cut me the wrong wire I had asked for 2 gauge i was given 2/0 partially my fault as well for not double checking but they don't except cut wire as a return and I understand the store policy. but I have always shopped there all the time its been great so I figured maybe they would do me a solid and not even give me a full refund just let me get the proper wire. first of all she wouldn't even come out of the back room just made the helpful girl just tell me nothing they could do store policy. Figured she would at least come out to be nice and hear what happened. instead no she made me sit out there only finally to come out and with sorry cant do anything store policy you should have double checked. she was just rude could care less to lose my business after I said this will make me not want to come her anymore she didn't seem to care. cause Lowes would really have missed the 60 dollars to let me exchange the wire. oh well lessons learned I will not give this store another dime of my money. I was aware of the store policy but felt like to be rude there was no need for it and something small like that customer service goes a long way. never again ill drive the extra 15 min to Home Depot!

The lady working the paint counter was rude and not at all helpful. She said yuck to the paint brushes I was buying and didn't offer a better brand. She also wasn't helpful in explaining what paint was better for the project I was working on. I will definitely go to a different store next time.

This may be phrased as a question, but it's really just a negative review based upon an unsatisfactory experience. Perhaps you should post a review as I don't believe this is the proper medium for you to get help with your problem.
