First time in an oreilleys. It was fine, typical autoparts store. Signed up for rewards or whatever they call it. People were fine. I'll be back. Selection was decent. I'm used to advanced but honestly about the same....

Told the guys behind the counter the exact oil and oil filter I needed for my vehicle. They came out with something else (ok honest mistake) but then they pulled up a different oil filter and tried to talk me into it (cheaper). Look I know what I wanted, I asked for it, and it sells for more money, can you just get it for me? ..lol.
