Desert Ridge Outpatient Surgery Center has a great professional medical team staff. I had a procedure there yesterday and had interaction with 8 different staff members from registration to discharge they were all warm and caring. On departure I was handed an envelope with my discharge paperwork, on the envelop flap it said We Care. THEY REALY DO!

Cherie handled registration, pre-OP nurses Fallon & Marianne, operating room Luana & Abby, recovery nurses Laura & Wendy. Dr. Ryan Hoffman MD anesthesiology. My eye doctor, James L. Plotnik. Yes they give you a form at check in and they ask how you will be going home
This is an outpatient surgery center. Your local surgeon would elect to use the facility versus a hospital. You set an appointment with your surgeon, not the surgery center.
