I had gone there once to see their podiatrist. Went back for a 2nd time but FOI has decided to make patients start from scratch each time they have an appt and provide the same medical history over and over again for each visit, so I decided that it was not worth going through that torture each time. I complained to the office mgr but she said that their corporate office says that you have to do it each time or you can't see the doctor. I advised that FOI has already got the extensive patient patient info from my previous visit, and why do I have to provide all of that over again. Apparently, the inconvenience doesn't matter to them. They want the same extensive filling out of forms covering your entire medical history/your relatives med history/your meds/your surgeries, etc etc etc (approx 20+ mins), even though you filled all of this out electronically the previous visit with no changes to report. They said it should all be prepopulated because you're an existing customer, but it certainly wasn't. You have to fill it all out again every time you go there. When I told them I didn't want to go through all of that each time I go there, they didn't really care, so I asked for my co-pay back. They're happy to get rid of any customer that has the audacity to question the obvious glitches in their system. If this is how they treat customers, I decided to move on. There are plenty of medical offices that won't put their customers through redundant exercises for the same info they already have, and then misrepresent things by denying that it's redundant, when it absolutely is.
