The kids dental clinic is not good. I take my kids here and getting an appointment takes forever. When I called they told me I needed to wait 4 months. Then, I showed up for an appointment with my kids and they were not on time. They book too many patients and run behind. Do not go to this place, and if you do be prepared to wait a long time.

The facility and the staff was great but the website says they accept all ages for dental and they only accept pediatric patients no adult dentistry here so it was a waste of my time

Ive changed my ratings here a few times but this one is personal. Having a 15 min late grace period is great, late happens especially when you have multiple kids and or traffic happens and you live 30 mins away. I for one have always been on time to my appointments and even early. First how can you get ahold of a place that doesnt have an actual direct line. My issue is with the fact that apparently being called even if you havent checked in and not being there so the next person gets called right away is a thing. I walked in a min before the "dr" apparently called us. Me signing us in and being checked in were at two separate times at that. But since we arrived a min (ONE min) after the grace period we had to reschedule. Let's not mention how I would've been still waiting in the lobby for my daughter to be seen even if we got there on time! Yes my appointment was at a certain time and I was late yes. Does anyone ever have or get the direct number to call the actual office being an active patient there. No! Would I have still been Waiting for my daughter to have been seen even if I was on time YES. So why the rush to jump to the next person for being let's say 16 mins late and thats 1 min passed the gace period. Every time we're here we are there waiting longer then we need to be and passed our appointment time.

We do covid testing on those who only have symptoms. If you have symptoms you will be asked to register as a new patient and will have a doctor's visit to be able to get the test done. At this time we do not do testing for those who have been around someone who came out positive or traveling testing. We hope this information is helpful.

If your a new patient, it is preferred that you make an appointment. You can walk in if you would like, our doors open at 7:30am; but we stress that patients with appointments will always be seen first. If you would like to make an appointment please call 813-653-6100
We do take this insurance but its for adults over 18. You would have to go to a different clinic, Brandon only offers pediatric dentistry. Oakfield or Palm River are the closes facilities to Brandon that offer adult dental. If you call 813-653-6100, the ladies in the call center can help you out.
