AWFUL. IF YOU ARE READING THIS CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT DO NOT COME HERE.They need to make a point to train on customer service. Called ahead to say we were going to be 5 minutes later. Line was long so didn’t get to the front desk because they are understaffed. The 2 rude women at the front desk were combative and told us we had to reschedule. Never coming back, never recommending, never saw a doctor. If I could give less than a star I would.

I would give them less than a star if it was possible call at 8:45 was on the phone on hold till I walked in the door saying I'm the 7th person in line no one in the office except for one person sitting at the desk doing nothing then proceeded to tell me I have to fill out paperwork that takes 45 minutes so that would make me late for my appointment and they needed to reschedule this place is a joke I would not recommend this to anyone wasted my time took the day off of work for absolutely nothing but a waste of time what a joke

Whete do i begin? On one occasion FMC center sent me to the ER saying i had a hernia even though i told them it was not a hernia,it was a lymph node infection and i had to find a camcer doctor and arrange for a.biopsy. Recently i was treated for a hemeatoma and absess but apparantly the wrong xray was ordered and i.still have a problem with the leg. I suffer from arthritus and vertigo but FMC changed the time of a long scheduled appointment and neglected to imform me on time and Dr Zaccari refused to see.me when I arrived although I was in pain and had many questions . usualy i am adsigned a p.a. instead of a real doctor. There were other issues
