25 minutes before the race at Kansas there was still 100+ people in line. Stood in line for 10 minutes and it wasn't moving just getting longer. Didn't even bother redeeming my $90 rental.

I had to buy new scanner today because my 4 year old set wouldn't turn on and the damm thing didn't pick anything up after being told was programmed. Got at Darlington speedway track on May 8. Thanks for alllowing me to not hear the best part of racing. Wish could give negative stars.

Do not, I repeat, do not rent equipment from this company unless you can get in their pickup line the day before your race. Paid $100 for 2 headsets and showed up to the race early to find the line hundreds deep. Friend of mine still missed the beginning of the race because of this. In my case, Daytona Customer Service said 4 RE trucks were parked outside the major entrances including mine. Ummm yeah, not so much. Hiked 1/2 mile to find the truck and it’s line at least 2 blocks long. Read the fine print as they keep your $$$ after a certain time regardless of pickup.

Have rented scanners at CMS for years and like every year recommended to my business guests attending. Imagine our surprise to find out no walk up rentals. When I asked why I was scolded by RE staff at their trailer for not checking on their website. Stupid !!

I need it by the Charlotte 600 weekend but am hesitant about delivery hold ups
