Worst UPS store ever.everyone is extremely rude in there and charges me more than they are supposed to.forced me to buy a bag to put my already boxed amazon return i. It because that wasn't good enough for them.save your time and drive to another one.

I have tried this particular location 3 different times throughout the years and at different times during the day each time. Without fail, you will spend 30+ min standing in line. This is clearly a struggling franchise. I would feel bad if anyone behind the counter even gave the impression that they were concerned with this. Returns/Shipping around Christmas, okay not upset because it’s the same everywhere. But when I make the mistake to drive to this location on a random afternoon because it’s close to my other errands, and the line is out the door, I kick myself every time… There are certainly customers who increase wait times. However, I’ve had a lot of time to stand in line with everyone else observing the inefficiencies going on behind the counter. Go somewhere else. If you have an Amazon return it is much faster to go into a department store like Kohls to do your return. Otherwise, go to UPS in Afton where they never seem to have this problem.
