Well finally delivered my package after they said they tried to deliver 4 days ago and no one home. Well delivery guy just put them on the porch and was leaving no signature required. So yes fed x tried to cover their own butts on late delivery

FedEx is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Not only did my package not get delivered, the truck never even went down a street. The driver then marked the packages as an attempt was made but nobody was home. Now, we are at the station trying to get the package but nobody is here and there is a line of 5 people with the same problem. Custom service has been extremely unhelpful and suggested that we “knock on the door”. This is outrageous. Stay away from FedEx Office if you can.

Horrible!!!! Absolutely incompetent human beings... My package was scheduled to arrive yesterday.... No other updates... Tried to actually talk to a live human... Couldn't till today... And she could not or would not give me any information that was helpful at all... Just kept repeating same line then said oh it's it in transit it will arrive tomorrow.... And of course she couldn't give me an estimated time arrival... Fedex sucks.... Company should be shut down! They have NO clue what's going on smh.
