I was NEVER aware of the Nov. appointment duet the fact that Sears canceled it because they never came. Today is Jan. 31,2022 and STILL HAVE NOT SHOWN UP !!! They made me pay in advance and have had my Money since Aug. 2021

After listening to their sales pitches-there were several and they also set up an apptmt for a week away-(the washer is leaking) I get a notification that the appt is for a month away!!!!!!!! The sales pitches must have taken so long that there was no longer an apptmt available. Very poor service which has been shipped out of the US.

Timothy arrived an hour early, which was great! He asked questions about what I felt was wrong. He assessed what he needed to do and found out it was the heating coil. He was here for about 30(+ or -) minutes and the dryer was fixed. I checked it to make sure it was working properly. He billed me for what I was told by the rep at Sears including my discount.

The repairman arrived on time and quickly fixed my washer. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He was sub-contracted as apparently all of Sears repair people were on other jobs, but he knew my machine and did a great job. I appreciate that Sears sub-contracts when they are busy so I don't have to wait too long before a repairman comes out.
