A little over a year ago I purchased a new couch and matching chair knowing that it was not the best quality, however I did expect at least a base level of quality. The foam in the couch cushions do not retain their shape. I took one of the cushions to Square deal mattress factory to have them take a look and match to their surprise the type of foam used as what is typically used in a travel trailer! Very poor quality. So it’s costing me $400 to have the foam replaced appropriately with quality materials. If you buy anything from Evans I suggest you do your due diligence and check out everything from the frame to the materials including the foam!

I had the most outstanding experience at Evans today. My Sales associate Anna provided the best customer service and advice. She was patient and calm , provided me several options for purchasing. I spent two hours deciding the furniture but she was by my side , checking inventory, helping me decide on patterns and colors. This is far by the best experience I have ever had buying furniture. She helped pick a sofa set, coffee table, rug and a bedroom set. Anyone going to Evans look for Anna.
