Next day I find out you don't even get a box your boots come in and get your boots put in a plastic bag what FFFF no wonder they don't sell boots. . Don't go here a lady come in here today Sept. 8 -22 that lady would have spent a few thousand here. . to bad nobody would help. . then tell the lady go to Pineville it's better.there. .

Seemed very put out that we walked in and asked for a Stetson Panama hat that the site and an employee on the phone said was in stock. Kept being told things like "I don't work with the hats." "I personally don't wear straw hats." "You should have asked the person on the call to hold back the hat. That was from 3 different employees. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because someone found the hat. Out of 5 employees we encountered, we got a smile out of only one. This was a quick $100 purchase for the store. Guess it was too minimal to show common customer courtesy.
