I'm only giving 1 star because I HAVE TO......... DO NOT GO TO THEM .... THEY ARE HORRIBLE, PROCESS ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND THEY BILLED MY CARD WITHOUT CONSENT!!! MY CAR WAS STOLEN ON MAY THE 12 AND FOUND BY PD ON MAY 13 ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO HERTS VIA PHONE, EMAIL, AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT.....I RECENTLY GOT APPROVED FOR A SMALL PERSONAL LOAN AND LEFT A PORTION IN MY ACCOUNT FOR EMERGENCY USE ONLY....... I'M THINKING I HAVE A significant Amount of money in there only to find out they used my card without authorization

Very disappointed in this location. We came to pick up our rental and we were put in a Nissan Rogue with our 20 month old daughter. When we got on the highway, the car was shaking so badly that it was not safe and we had to turn around to switch out the cars after driving 20 minutes from the rental store. Once we came back the staff put us in a Ford that was not cleaned at all. They stated they tried to clean it, but the last people brought it back in terrible condition. We were then put in another Nissan Rogue and the balance was not as bad. When we got on the highway there was still a noticeable shaking, but not as bad as the first car so we decided to deal with it for the trip since we needed to get our daughter to our destination. On our way back to return the rental car at the end of the trip the A/C stopped working. I would not recommend this place to anyone! The staff was very friendly, but does not fix the horrible cars that they offer there. They did offer us free gas, but the overall experience was terrible. Do not rent from here if you want working A/C and a balanced car.

I rented the car in this place service was poor printer is not working and few employees are don't no the process. They charge for 3days amount in the receipt but in the credit card, it shows 4 days amount. When i asked the front desk they suggested tor each customer service when I had a conversation with customer service they are simply escalating the ticket rented location. Horrible service. No drop-off or pick during the weekend don't book

I wish I could leave less than a one star.. It was July when things changed to my traveling arrangements and I decided to go here for a one way rental home. Prior to my arrival it was explained to me I had to pay well over the"normal" rate because of me needing a one way rental, which was fine. However upon arrival and getting the keys to the car I questioned why it was so banged up and was told "that's what happens when you get economy one way rental". At this point l was frustrated and stated my 800+ dollars sure aren't economy prices for a 3 day rental. Once gone I noticed a cop behind me, whom trialed me closely for a few seconds. Once the cop turned around I didn't think much into it. It wasn't until I was pulled over with my 2 year old autistic son, and asked if I knew I had and expired tag?!? Long story short that didn't go well!! I contacted Hertz and was told I would have to contact cooperate, whom has yet contacted me!!!

Yes, call the toll-free number or the local office and provide your reservation number to make changes to your pick-up time.
Nah, you have to specially reserve those, they'll probably give you a Camaro instead
