No, World Trade Center is the tallest, do go to the empire state building and top of the rock. See one in the day and one at night.

WTC is the tallest. If you want to go visit an observation deck, I would recommend the Top of the rock.

The current tallest building in NYC is the one world trade center followed by the 432 park avenue and then comes the empire state building.
