Oh yes.. You need to buy ticket to go up.. There are different ticket rate for different floor but if you buy the highest rate ticket, you will be able to go thru all other floors as well..

Yes. If you are going to multiple sites, I recommebd the New Yourk City pass. The cost of the pass gives you admisdion to many of the popular New York sites.
