Because Lowe's sucks just as bad as Walmart
We've had numerous deliveries from Lowe's and there have been times we've had a problem getting straight through on the delivery number when we've had a question or an issue because of being short staffed or on the phone with other customers. However, with that said, they are truly very responsive, and if you're not getting through on the delivery number call the store's main number and ask them for assistance. We've had great luck with Lowe's, and I'm sure you'll get the assistance you need.
