Just a heads up before going to the zoo. If you have a suvinior cup there is no refills, if you buy one while there , they will not refill it either.. there is more stuff shut down than open. It was very disappointed trip. With children.

We do recognize that many will agree or disagree with this decision, yet we feel it is the right thing to do. Our Splash Park and Dinosauria have been open for some time. The train, carousel, and 4D theater open just in time for Father's Day - June 21, 2020. We hope you will return for a visit! Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens

I went there with my family and for the price it was great lots of shaded area and of course they have to take precautions but I took my cooler with wheel and had my water to drink it was OK with them ...i will do it again and again tks jaxs zoo..👍

I was there for the 9 am slot this morning and it was wonderful! My first time. Saw all the animals, except three. Most everything is open now except the train, carousel, demonstrations, etc. Lots of volunteers at the various animal spots to answer questions & they gave fun tidbits about them. Lots of kids having a great time; even the splash kids park is open. Noticed many families brought food & drink with them; however, the food places & carts were also open. Oh, and I got to feed a giraffe! Volunteer was giving branches of leaves. My friend & I had a fantastic time! I will be purchasing a membership!!!

We have been numerous times with our kids and have had great times. Everything was open as well.

It is very frustrating but it's for the safety of everyone involved
