Campground yes, Beach no. But dogs are allowed on some beaches at nearby Amelia island which is where I carried mine twice last year while staying at Talbot
As long as they are leashed and dont bark if ur away. Not on the beach.
Yes, dogs are allowed in camping sites but, not on the beach... And, dont forget to pick up and dispose of droppings properly.
There was no problem with my dogs in the campground. Most parks do not allow dogs on beaches, although I don't remember specifics of that.
