Dogs are welcome for camping, but you are NOT allowed to take your dog on the beach. I was asked to leave once because we had our family dog! They would not refund our money and we just entered the park! $$$

The standard rules for dogs apply. They should be on a six-foot leash and owners should clean up after them.

Fort Clinch is another example of not being dog friendly...after paying admission you are warned not to go in the fort nor the beach ! Absurd, especially since I Always pick up after my Lab & short leash him !!! Walked him around parking lot ! Don't waste your 💰!!! Walk the beach as you & your dog will far more enjoy that ! 🐕
