I don't know the head administrator or anyone in the office ' I simply visit a family member who lives there, and from what I understand is that the ne es person in charge has little to no concern for the health nor welfare of the tenants living there whom are appointed to pay her bills through rent. I have a concern about the maintenance of the building itself
