Go for the views. It's worth doing once but it's expensive. The attractions are okay (art installation, balloon room, cloud room), but nothing special. Go with a date, go with a friend, with family, whomever. I think you'll have a good time enjoying the views. It is in fact that, an observatory.
It's worth the experience. It's similar to any of the other experiences (Empire State, etc) but it's made of glass. Best to go later, because the sunset views is nice, as is the night lights. There are different price ranges so for under $40 you can get 2 floors of experience. If you're a NYC resident there is a discount as well (not very much but everh little helps right!) Everyone has different opinions on it. For me, having done all the others, I enjoyed it. It was pricey but it is what it is...

In my opinion it’s not worth it. They make it sound like it is the best thing ever with different experiences, but it is an overrated room with a good view.
It is just another observation deck but with mirrors. View is good but the music is torturous. We were first time in NYC so did all the buildings. It’s mirrored, but same view. I liked Empire state more
