Hi Catherine, it depends on the days for example if you go on weekdays you'll see less people and it will take you 10 to 15 min to get to the first level, I went Thursday by 5:30pm and was pretty fast to get to the first level, I highly recommend this, it worth every minute, don't miss going to the bar at roof top have a snack and drinks while you see sunset that starts at 8:30pm
Our group hardly waited for 5 minutes in the line to get in to the elevator. We were there on a weekday around an hour before sunset.
I was there on Saturday during sunset. Wait was about 20-30 minutes to get to the first level. From there on there is minimal to no wait

Took about 10/15 minutes or so, If you buy the tickets before hand I just walk up to the line, scanned tickets, did some facial recognition thing, waited in the line for the elevator like 5 minutes. But this was during a weekday at 6. Weekends might take a bit longer.
