U pay Electric & a very teduced rate for canle. Its awesome there. They provide the full size druer in your apt. Quiet and specious. U will love it. Oh it has ceiling fans & pool &: elevator dishwasher garage disposal & ice maker. I love it there
You should call the manager and make an appointment. There is a waiting list but it moves quickly. There are social activities every month and you choose want you want to try. There is a laundry here until you get your washer.
