Liked it at frist but it gets worse the longer you are here in thier defence they are doing much better , pool has been clean for a while now they are putting in gates , we have new washers and dryers , and a new machine to put money on the laundry card even when the office is closed . Oh landscaping the are putting I'm a lot of nice stuff . Once they get lights by the entrance so you don't pass it at night it will actually be pretty nice

The answer to your question depends on what choice you picked on the Early Termination document in your lease. Choice 1 is equal to 2 months rent. Choice 2 is a daily charge based on your current rental rate, the daily rate will be charged from the day you move out till the day someone moves in. (Example: Monthly rent $800, $800/30=$26.67 per day) You will also be charged a non-sufficient notice fee if you do not give 60 days notice for move out. Please stop by the office if you don't know what choice you picked and we will be happy to look at your lease
