When I requested plumbing and air conditioning maintenance during a stressful medical event, Rafael understood immediately that the apartment needed to in optimal condition with cool air and functioning bathroom plumbing. I put in an application for a 2 bedroom apartment 2 weeks ago and went to put a deposit down but I received an error message. My husband and I have been calling since and left several voicemails and sent several messages and received nothing back. I ended up going in and the guy at the desk was just sitting there and told me he talked to me which he never did. Showed him the issue and he said he will put a ticket in for someone to look at it and call me back. I asked if I could put a deposit down another way he said no and was rushing me out the door. I went to go try again and instead of fixing the problem they removed my application and I have yet to receive any phone call or message. The lady we got a tour from did an amazing job wish she was still there she seemed to get things done and was friendly.
