Disappointed in this communities management and care of the property. The complex or its vendors painted over drains in the windows causing water to come in and damage to 2nd floor apartment. Property Manager claims no responsibility to tenants and has no plan in place to correct. A community of this size should have proper controls in place and a plan to get mold remediated. The Manager suggested febreeze to help with the smell of mold and mildew. Be warned!!!

Andros Isles parking is on first come, first serve bases. Every residents is required to register all vehicles with the Leasing office in order to receive required smart parking decal. We also have limitations as how many permits each apartment can receive.
