RUN! This complex and whisper oaks right behind it is owned by the same slumlord! They rarely have office staff because it is so poorly run people leave or get fired. There was nearly a year without maintenance people (and when they did have them they had no clue what they were doing) so if you need anything done, good luck! And then when you move out the only way you get your security deposit back is by lawsuit. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else!

The facility is ran at a very low standard, they get things done but it takes way too long. People are paying rent for a three bedroom and the A/C goes out, they dont have any vendors that they use and won’t let anyone bring on to help them get the problems they’re having fixed. I can’t get ahold of a the people who run the facility because they don’t have a contact number or email or anything. They had someone come out in a tiny small 5000 btu window ac to cool a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2 story townhome. They don’t care about you or the property they manage.

My boyfriend and I have only lived here about a month and so far, the toilet and kitchen sink have leaked, to which we were informed that there’s no maintenance at the moment. Luckily, my boyfriend was able to fix the leak in the bathroom, but I just don’t understand how you not having maintenance on site is your tenants problem? You tell me that you’ve reached out to your regional manager and will see if her regional maintenance person can come out and look, so I’m not understanding why nothing is getting done. If you don’t have someone within your company to fix repairs, then you either need to deduct from the rent or hire someone from another company. The place itself seems to be pretty quiet, but their team is a joke when it comes to repairs!
